Habits of Good Parents
Practical resources and coaching sessions for parents.

ABOUT US
Nobody ever has said that parenting is easy!
The expression that no child arrives in your family with its own manual is a common phrase, but if you are anything like me, you don’t read the manuals anyway!
There’s no set job description for being a parent, no roles and responsibilities, list of required/desired qualifications, list of desired personal attributes. There can be plenty of advice from family and friends, but at the end of the day, they are your children, and you make countless decisions day in and day about how to raise them.
And at the end of the day, I think we could say that we all want to raise happy, healthy, sociable, responsible adults that make you proud.
How I can help
I’m not here to make any judgements, I’m here to offer suggestions of some of the habits/behaviours that have been useful for parents in raising their children, and to provide a list of habits for parents to consider and to measure themselves and to reflect on their own scoring.
Some of your answers might lead you to considering making a few adjustments yourselves, for example house rules and enforcing them, or it might mean you shift a few things round to make time to read to your child every day.
I will use the data provided by the completed questionnaires to produce videos and blogs that will offer practical tools and techniques of communicating effectively with children.
For those parents that have specific issues right now that wasn’t help and support, I offer parent coaching sessions via Zoom.
What habits/behaviours make up a good parent?
Check out the questionnaire, the list is not definitive and may very well be adapted in time. It’s also generic so when you score yourself, do consider the ages of your children.
So you have filled in the questionnaire? What next? Self help options
Generally during the scoring process parents take time to discuss their scores and decide what they want to improve on.
If you want more practical tools and techniques to try you can view our catalogue of videos.
We have filled in the questionnaire, and we know we want/need tools and techniques tailored for our family
If you think you would benefit from having a parent coaching session on specific issues, check out our Video Coaching Example to see if it’s right for you, and book an appointment.

I CAN HELP YOU
What I offer
One-hour sessions via Zoom at a time to suit you. I would like as much information as you can give me beforehand so that we make the most of the time on the call.
Bookings will only be taken once the questionnaire results have been reviewed and we have received your pre-booking form back.
At this stage if I don’t think I can be of any help I will contact you and maybe try to help you decide where you might get support from.
If I think I can help, you will be sent a code to book in an appointment slot.
There is a special introductory offer of £100 for the hour’s session, after this period the price will be £200 per hour.
Use code “-100OFF” to have £100 discount for the Introductory Session.
Please note:
- The session needs to be paid in full when booked.
- Cancellations will be accepted within 48hours of the booking, after that time the full amount will still be charged.
Book an appointment
Bookings can only be made with a code that will be given to parents who have completed the questionnaire and returned the pre booking form and I believe would benefit from a coaching session.
